One of the coolest aspects of being a locally owned and independent insurance agency is that we can run with ideas! If we think of a new way of adding value for our clients, we just do it.
Couple that with the fact that we are a group of talented people, our ideas are sometimes big.Take for instance our Springer University Online Insurance Lessons. That was an idea that Chris and I had a couple of years ago on how we can better educate our current and future clients. We write, film and edit each one right in our Midlothian studio. Chris uses his years of showmanship and I use my tech nerd skills, photography skills and coding skills to make the final product pop.
Along those lines, we are able to advertise wherever we want too. Ever since my mom Reta started the agency over 30 years ago, I always had a wish to see our commercials on TV. Unfortunately, there were too many hurdles in our way, mainly the cost. But now, because we can do literally everything in or own studio, the production costs are near zero. And thanks to YouTube TV, we can run a short TV ad in Chesterfield County for only $16!
When I started here 25 years ago, I would have never imagined that we would have over 100 professional insurance instructional videos available, not to mention a real commercial on TV!
