Marissa moved to Virginia from Indiana in 2007. After spending several years working in the medical field, she decided it was time for a career change and joined The Springer Agency in 2020. Since then, she hasn’t looked back!

Outside of work, Marissa is a proud mom of three. When she’s not balancing work and family life, she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new and exciting places together.
