The best car insurance ever
Over the years we have found ourselves in need of the services of Nationwide. Every time they have surprised us with how helpful they were and how quickly they responded. Last week was exceptional though. We drove to New York and a repair previously paid for was not done correctly and we got stuck in the worst part of town. They were in constant contact the services with us making sure that they had the correct paperwork so that once the repairs were complete and we were back home they had everything they needed. Monday morning early they filed the claim so that we could get reimbursed as quickly as possible. They obviously had been in contact with the people who did the first repair because we got a nasty call from them. I have never spoken to anyone there who wasn’t all about helping. Every phone call has been a pleasant, satisfactory experience. That was not the case with previous insurers- not even close. No matter what the question or problem they were on it. They advertise “Nationwide in on your side” and I am here to tell you – this is TRUTH in advertising. To everyone who works there, THANK YOU for all your help over the years.
