Josh was born in Longview, TX but grew up in Colorado where he met his wife, Rachel and had two kids Makenzie and Tucker. Josh and Rachel have always wanted to move to Texas, so in 2022 they made it a reality, and moved to College Station!
Josh's first career was in the Tree Care and Landscaping industry for 20 years although he's always had a desire to join the family business. Given the opportunity to help expand Springer Insurance to Texas, Josh gladly made a career change and became a part of the team in 2023.
We are new to Texas. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional in helping us set up our auto plans and homeowners insurance and explain the difference in Texas requirements vs Colorado's. He was also a great help in advising us on getting Texas driver licenses and license plates for our cars.
