I just don't trust it!

Our agency is currently operated by 10 Human Beings. We use computers to access client information and issue insurance policies that help us humans do the real work.
We do not use AI in our agency for two really good reasons: One, You want to talk to a human, it's that simple. Secondly, we don't trust AI.
A.I. has no idea what you are talking about! Whether its a coverage question or a billing question, it really doesn't even know what an insurance policy even is. Take a look, the photo at the top of the page is what Photoshop came up with when I typed in "Insurance Policy"!
I asked also asked it about a potential homeowners claim and what a broken pipe looked like. It was like a fever dream sequence in a horror film directed by Tim Burton.
How can we trust something that has no idea what we are even talking about? Well, our agency doesn't... however, it can draw a cute picture of dogs eating French fries!
